Adhesive Capsulitis: What to Know & Do to Conquer a Frozen Shoulder

Adhesive Capsulitis (Frozen Shoulder) can be a marathon mental and physical challenge.

Sadly, despite all we know about the condition, there are still some relative unknowns in terms of its cause and an apparent lack of direct control over its duration.

Unfortunately, too many people just don’t know why their shoulder became stiff, tight, and sore in the first place. And this makes it all the more challenging to resolve quickly.

Not only is it important to have a set of shoulder exercises to address your Adehsive Capsulitis pain and stiffness, but its vital to understand the broader context of its onset.

And that onset may in fact be both more and less obvious than we realize. From what I find clinically, the cause of a Frozen Shoulder may be linked with something as boring as your everyday postural habits. The idea being that putting your tissue under unnatural and unnecessary load over a long period of time may take it past its inherent coping threshold.

Similarly, stress and a number of other issues may lower that coping threshold and increase any consequences attached to breaching that capsular threshold.

In this video I discuss what I’ve come to understand about the cause of Adhesive Capsulitis and go through a must-do exercise for everyone to try. Let me know how you went in the comments!
