Are Your Glutes Weak or Just Deactivated?
How often do you hear the phrase “your glutes are weak”?
Interestingly, despite how often this phrase is uttered, we might actually be missing the broader point a little.
From what I find clinically, weak glutes may not actually be ‘weak’ at all. Instead, those glutes might just actually be “deactivated’, “switched off”, or “dimmed” thanks to some related low back dysfunction.
In today’s video, I will show you how to tell whether your glutes are actually weak, or just deactivated. Importantly this may actually have the potential to reshape how we think about solving glute-related dysfunction.
