I’m passionate about better understanding the cause of common aches and pains, and I’ve always felt Costo to be something the medical industry hasn’t quite nailed just yet. And with this in mind, I’ve gained a unique perspective about the cause of Costochondritis and how to genuinely fix it.

I completely understand how mentally and physically taxing Costo can be. I mean, it’s hard for it not to be when people are so often misdiagnosed, unvalidated, and left struggling for answers. And this is the main reason why I wanted to create the course. I want to provide clarity as to what Costochondritis actually is, where it comes from, and what must change for this frustrating condition to go away.

As the course’s creator, I’m proud to say the information within truly reflects the ideas and perspective needed for anyone to conquer Costochondritis long-term.

This 14-day course aims to give you the necessary tools and understanding to comprehensively fix Costochondritis pain.

The material covered in this course has been tested, re-tested, and refined by myself (a passionate Australian Physiotherapist) and my patients over the last 15-years. I’ve included simple techniques that genuinely work and discarded anything that doesn’t.

I’ve learned that it’s easy to feel like your Costochondritis pain just happens. Sure, there might be a genuinely obvious trigger or movement that caused it, but there’s often more going on behind the scenes than many realize. Being pain-free before often gives us a false sense that everything was fine. But, clinically, this just isn’t the case. It’s just hard to appreciate and care about this unless there’s pain or you know exactly what to look for.

Remember, the onset of any issue is rarely the start of something brand new. Instead, it’s often the last straw. The moment your chest began to hurt was the culmination of persistent, albeit hidden, mechanical dysfunction. Your tissue stopped tolerating either the way you’ve been moving or positioning your body over a long period of time.

Course Curriculum

To get a taste of what we cover in the course – ask yourself these simple questions:

With this in mind, it’s important to understand that Costochondirits is often more than just a chest-wall issue. In this course, we demonstrate the necessary exercises to address your pain. We also cover the peripheral issues that have contributed to it.

The course exists of three modules. Each module is drip-fed to you over the course of 14-days to mimic regular Physiotherapy pacing. We start with the basics and you are expected to build on those as you feel comfortable. There is no pressure to move on to the next exercise until you feel your body is ready. Importantly, despite this being a 2-week course, you have 12 weeks to complete it. I completely understand the need to go at your own pace.

To be blunt, I want you to expect results from this course. Not empty promises and fancy selling techniques, but tangible results. It’s how I’ve structured my practice over the last 15-years. And, it’s the best way I’ve seen to figure out exactly what you need to do as an individual hoping to fix your pain. It’ll help you sort the wheat from the chaff in terms of treatments, exercises, and even Physiotherapists.
