Grant is an Australian Physiotherapist with almost two decades worth of real-world, musculoskeletal private practice experience.

Currently living in the beautiful beachside town of Port Macquarie, New South Wales, Grant is passionate about helping people overcome their pain, improve their body function and overall quality of life. Grant started Your Wellness Nerd as a way promote what he has come to understand clinically, in the hope it can help others who may be struggling to find the answers they are looking for.
